What type of venue are you?

The venue is a rustic barn in rural south Georgia. The barn sits on a 40+ acre private lake. We also have an open-air outdoor chapel for your use. We host weddings, receptions, parties, and meetings.


what services do you provide?

we provide a venue space for the ceremony and/or reception. we provide setup/breakdown of tables & chairs for the wedding packages.


can you provide names of vendors?

Yes! We have lots of great vendors in our area. We can provide a list full of great caterers, florists, directors, cake providers, photographers, hotels, etc.


Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, we require a $4k deposit to book your weekend date, and a $2k deposit to secure your 1-Day Sun-Thurs date. contact us for information on deposits for special events. We accept cash, check, money order, and credit cards. (credit cards incur a 2.9% service charge, however.) We can take a credit card by clicking here.

When is the remaining package balance due?

The remaining balance is due 6 months prior to your event date. (This is for wedding packages only.)  Special event remaining package balances are due 30 days before. 


Do you require a damage deposit?

Yes, we do. for wedding packages, we require a $1000 damage/security deposit. It is due 30 days before your event. It is fully refundable should there be no damages within 30 days following your event. (The security deposit for special events is determined per event.)


Can we serve alcohol at our event?

Yes, you may! We only require that there is an off-duty Tift County deputy on the grounds during the time that alcohol is being served. they charge $40/hour. We set this up for you and pay him/her out of your security deposit. 


is there on-site parking available?

Yes, plenty!
